As for the surroundings, they are beginning to take shape: the first asphalt mixes have been laid on the road between GRIDX and the residences, and landscaping is under way in front of Monza.

At Monza, our Housing teams are carrying out the final alterations to the 50 flats, with a view to handing over the keys to the first residents in January 2025.

As for Daytona, the shell was completed last June and the finishing work is now in full swing. The 60 flats will be delivered in early 2026.

At Wickrange, the opening of GRIDX is approaching: Monza is finalising its 50 flats for January 2025, while Daytona will deliver its 60 homes in early 2026.

Delivery of the Monza residence, a development by Félix Giorgetti located next to the GRIDX multi-experience destination.

The interior fittings are created according to our customers' wishes.  Here, the wall is carefully prepared for the installation of black wallpaper to ensure invisible joints.

The bathrooms are fitted out and equipped according to our customers' wishes, based on our specifications.

The common areas will soon be handed over to the co-owners.

On the residential levels, the workers are laying the floors, installing the bathroom furniture and applying the paint according to our customers' choices. Everything will be ready for them to move in with complete peace of mind.

A model of coordination
One of the challenges of this project, particularly in terms of coordination, is its facade, with its many details.
&lsquo;It's made up of several elements: brickwork bonded by Kuhn Construction and fascias in Alucobon&copy; (composite aluminium) topped by a marill (beige) coloured aluminium bonnet,&rsquo; explains Ulrich Demoulin, site manager.
It was a real challenge, requiring faultless coordination between the various trades and precise know-how to ensure a perfect seal between these different materials.

Begun at the end of 2021, construction of the Rockwell residence, located on rue des Prés and rue François Faber in Mersch, is nearing completion. With just a few weeks to go before completion, the teams are finalising the smallest details.

From the moment you step onto the porch, the tone is set: cobblestone pathways and a red-brick facade, green decor and a subtle blend of industrial modernity and warm touches invite you to feel good and get away from it all.
An accommodation solution&nbsp;in the city center
While the building on Avenue de la Gare will include offices and a convenience store, the bulk of the complex will be dedicated to accommodation. These apartments, ranging from 21 to 45 m2, will be equipped with kitchenettes, and each will have its own outdoor space. A housekeeping service will be provided, as well as common areas such as a shared kitchen and a fitness room. A reception area with a coffee corner invites residents to spend a convivial moment together.&nbsp;
The premises will be operated by our new business arm Gio Hospitality, F&eacute;lix Giorgetti's new division dedicated to hotels and restaurants. &ldquo;We are proud to launch this project, which will open its doors during 2026, just a few months after the opening of GRIDX and its 133-room hotel.&rdquo;

Covering a total surface area of 8,900 m2, the project will feature an original concept.

As soon as you enter the porch, a brick-paved path envelops you in a warm, green and industrial atmosphere.

In the heart of the Gare district, F&eacute;lix Giorgetti has been mobilizing all its expertise for over three years to build a new mixed-use project. It's a delicate and complex job, since the site is located in a restricted urban environment, requiring perfect organization.
Meticulous logistics
The adventure began in 2021 with the demolition of the old buildings - preserving 198 m2 of historic facade - followed by an intense phase of 25,000 m3 of earthworks. Since then, the schedule has been meticulous: structural work began in September 2023 and will be completed next March. As for the finishing work, the installation of exterior joinery, waterproofing and special techniques is already underway, and finishing work is also well advanced at this stage of the project.
This will be followed by the exterior fittings, with delivery of the project scheduled for June 2026. At the same time, the historic facade will be restored in collaboration with the Sites et Monuments Nationaux.
&ldquo;Due to the lack of space, each stage has to be anticipated. That's why the construction and housing departments work in perfect synergy to optimize schedules. We meet every week to take stock of the situation,&rdquo; emphasize site supervisors Aur&eacute;lien Adam and Guillaume Menet.

The new mixed-use building by Félix Giorgetti, in collaboration with Compagnie Financière La Luxembourgeoise, continues to take shape at 49-51 avenue de la Gare. The project is designed to accommodate shops, offices and an apartment hotel, with an urban concept never seen before in Luxembourg.
