The final touches at Rockwell
Begun at the end of 2021, construction of the Rockwell residence, located on rue des Prés and rue François Faber in Mersch, is nearing completion. With just a few weeks to go before completion, the teams are finalising the smallest details.
The Rockwell residence welcomes visitors with its large cobbled forecourt. Its modern architectural lines and soft tones seduce with their sophistication.
A model of coordination
One of the challenges of this project, particularly in terms of coordination, is its facade, with its many details.
‘It's made up of several elements: brickwork bonded by Kuhn Construction and fascias in Alucobon© (composite aluminium) topped by a marill (beige) coloured aluminium bonnet,’ explains Ulrich Demoulin, site manager.
It was a real challenge, requiring faultless coordination between the various trades and precise know-how to ensure a perfect seal between these different materials.
Turnkey delivery
Within the building, everything will be put in place so that the various professionals and residents can leave their belongings in peace.
On the ground floor of this mixed-use building, the commercial premises will soon be ready to be fitted out by the various professions that will be running them (a physiotherapist, a dentist, a nutritionist, etc.), as will the offices on the first floor. On the residential levels, the workers are laying the floors, installing the bathroom furniture and applying the paint according to our customers' choices. Everything will be ready for them to move in with complete peace of mind.

So this is the end of a great property project carried out in association with Arend & Fischbach. But the adventure at this new development continues, as Félix Giorgetti will shortly be signing two new residences - Didot and Helvetica - each with 13 flats, as well as Futura, a development of five townhouses. A few units are available in the Rockwell residence, but other opportunities will also present themselves for living in this privileged environment!
