A world tour of flavours
The Concept&Partners group will be in charge of GRIDX's catering offering, which includes a food hall and a top-of-the-range restaurant. Here's a look at this new challenge, which will involve recruiting around a hundred staff.
With 14 restaurants offering a wide range of culinary delights and äResto - its catering company - Concept&Partners has established itself as a key player in Luxembourg's gastronomic scene over the last 10 years.
Today, the group is preparing to take on its next challenge, and not the least: that of operating the kitchens for the catering part of GRIDX, an ambitious 42,000 m2 project developed and built by Félix Giorgetti in Wickrange, with a 2,500 m2 area dedicated to gastronomy. Drawing on its experience in the catering industry and its 600 employees, the Luxembourg group intends to deploy all its expertise to offer visitors to GRIDX a unique experience.
A culinary journey through the food hall
The food hall will house 13 stands, a coffee corner, a central bar and a pop-up, and will offer seating for 400 people indoors, as well as 70 outdoors on a south-facing covered terrace.
With its immense high ceilings topped by a glass roof, its fine materials and minimalist design set against an industrial backdrop, the venue is an experience in itself. The menu at each of the stands will be an invitation to travel. Florian Corea, Food & Beverage manager, in charge of developing the Foodservice pillar with Concept&Partners, announces a veritable world tour of flavours: "Each stand will have its own theme. Each stand will have its own theme, offering a variety of authentic cuisines. For example: Korean fried chicken, American-style grills and burgers, kefta kebabs, Latin American cuisine... The stands will offer an attractive menu with a few signature dishes and a recipe that is regularly renewed. A change of taste buds guaranteed! The pop-up will initially be operated by Concept&Partners, before being entrusted to guest chefs so that they can showcase their cuisine".
This space of a thousand flavours will vibrate to the rhythm of themed evenings, musical entertainment, aperitifs and afterworks, with a different atmosphere for lunch and dinner.

A restaurant with top-of-the-range flavours
Nearby, a top-of-the-range restaurant offers a gastronomic experience in a modern setting.
With 115 seats in the dining room and 55 on the terrace, the restaurant will focus on traditional dishes revisited using international techniques and carefully selected seasonal local produce. The service will also focus on the customer experience, with demonstrations in the dining room, such as the preparation of tartare directly at the table.
Connected to a 133-room hotel, the restaurant will also allow guests to enjoy breakfast in a peaceful atmosphere.
A hundred jobs to be filled
To meet this challenge, Concept&Partners plans to recruit around a hundred new employees, covering all catering positions: kitchen, dining room, reception and bar. "Recruitment is open to international candidates, with English the required language. It's also an opportunity for young graduates or people at the start of their career to progress within our group", explains CEO Christophe Diederich.
He concludes: "It's a bit like opening three Hitch! GRIDX brings a new dimension to our business, particularly in the food hall sector, and opens a lot of new doors for us. The clientele will be different, as will the quantities. But our know-how, experience and expertise are the solid foundations of this adventure. Our ambition? For GRIDX to become a food destination in its own right, one of the beating hearts of the Luxembourg culinary scene.
