Welcome to the XLounge with GRIDX
GRIDX, our multi-experience destination, is still under construction, but its first commercial unit is already up and running.
An illuminated sign, a large 7.73 m wide window that draws the eye to a Porsche and gives a glimpse of a Ducati, a sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, elegant shelves, a screen, a large meeting table... Welcome to XLounge! A meeting place that inspires and creates synergies.
With a surface area of 125 m2, the XLounge has been created to allow future tenants to experience the GRIDX adventure. It's a chance for them to get a feel for the space, to project themselves and see how they'll be able to fit out these premises, which will be delivered to them unfinished,’ explains Anne Quitin. The XLounge illustrates the different decorating possibilities. For example, one wall is left unfinished, while another is fitted with partitions, custom-made furniture or painted. As for the ceiling, we've left the fixtures exposed.
More than a showroom, the XLounge is a meeting place, where the GRIDX team welcomes customers and future occupants in the best possible conditions to show them around the site and also organises events to introduce them to the concept of the centre.
On 3 July this year, for example, the XLounge hosted the first Partners & Coffee event, where GRIDX tenants and project partners got to know each other and began to create the synergies that will bring the centre to life. Because the adventure is only just beginning...
