Digital art enters the scene

Last November, in partnership with Luxembourg Art Week, GRIDX organised its first digital and generative art event.

On 23 and 24 November, during Luxembourg Art Week, GIOLABS - the artistic division of GRIDX - teamed up with Bright Moments to offer a unique event combining art and technology, an immersive AI-generated art experience based on blockchain technology.

Bright Moments, a gallery specialising in algorithmically generated digital art, organises events in cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Berlin and London, and was present in Luxembourg for the first time. Its partnerships with Art Blocks and Base (Coinbase) aim to make digital art accessible to a global audience.

An exclusive collaboration

In a setting punctuated by beautiful machines, visitors were able to go behind the scenes of our centre, which is still under construction, and discover the exclusive collaboration between GIOLABS and Bright Moments.

On the programme:

Bright moments screening room
with a selection of NFT generative art projects on an impressive 7x7 metre screen;

DREAM MACHINE, a revolutionary AI Voice-to-Video (VVM) model, which transformed spoken words in real time into dynamic visual content.

Visitors, whether art lovers or the simply curious, were given a privileged space to discuss digital art and technology, and to connect with other enthusiasts.

At over 1,300 m2, GIOLABS will have one of the largest immersive rooms in Europe. It will bring together international artists in residence and offer visitors the chance to create their own NFTs in its ON-Chain space.

With just a few months to go before its opening in July, GRIDX is already shaping up to be one of Luxembourg's must-see cultural venues!
