EY Entrepreneur Of the Year: ‘An incredible experience
After winning the Luxembourg edition of the EY Entrepeneur of the Year competition in November 2023, Marc Giorgetti was in Monaco on 5 June for the final of the EY World Entrepreneur Of the Year 2024.
This annual event celebrates the achievements of leaders whose vision and innovation create long-term value and build a better future and world of work.
Accompanied by Yves Even and Olivier Coekelbergs - respectively managing partner and partner of EY Luxembourg - Marc Giorgetti proudly represented the colours of the Grand Duchy and our company among the competing entrepreneurs from 47 countries.
At the end of the gala evening, Indian Vellayan Subbiah, Chairman of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited (CIFCL), which offers financing solutions to customers who find it difficult to borrow in the traditional way, won the prize.
"It was an incredible experience and I am honoured to have been part of it. A huge thank you to EY Luxembourg for its support throughout this adventure" says Marc Giorgetti.
Marc Giorgetti summed up his success in 2023 when he was named EY Luxembourg Entrepreneur of the Year.
"You have to be creative to be an entrepreneur, but you also have to be visionary, courageous and daring to seize opportunities, take decisions and persevere in order to succeed."
