Ettelbruck One unfurls its forms

This 20,000 m² complex will house administrative offices, offices, shops, a medical centre and restaurants.

Less than a year after the start of the structural work, the site is progressing at a good pace and is on schedule for completion (of the enclosed building and external landscaping) in July 2025. The trapezoidal shape of the building, with its rounded corners, is beginning to make its presence felt along the Avenue des Alliés.

Once the two basement levels have been completed, work will concentrate on building the three-storey common core, which will then be divided into two buildings, one of two storeys and the other of five.

Before the summer holidays, a new stage will begin: the laying of the first bricks on the facade. In all, 4,000 m² will be laid.
